Event flow
Registration opens 27 July 2026 and closes 9 September 2026. The event runs 3 and 4 October 2026.

Record and publish the team's submission video.
Share the submission to build support and visibility.
Judging
The best submissions will combine clarity, originality, practical thinking, and business or engineering impact.
How original, memorable, and well-structured is the idea or solution?
Does the submission show clear understanding of the problem, audience, and VisualSim value?
Can the team explain the idea clearly and make the audience care?

The lead registers everyone. Each member confirms their own email, then joins the shared Microsoft Teams workspace.
